Cindy was super kind and attentive, she helped us tour homes and worked with her team mate Davin to make sure that we has all the info and advise we needed. Every day she sent me new possible listings, then we would touch base Fridays to figure out the weekend plan. We toured about 10 homes every weekend, and she was always prepared with a paper set of home listings for me to review. The SoCal housing market is crazy right now, and they both always made me feel optimistic.

I asked Davin to see new apartment homes with me, we saw the homes together and he sent me market trends to educate me about the area. I moved forward and made an offer on one of the homes, but did not know that this builder would not pay a realtor. Davin knew this but still continued to represent me without saying anything to me. After I found out, I asked Davin why he chose to continue helping me with this application and he said because he loves to help people and if this home is the right home for me then he will be there for me to walk me through the process. He has so much grace and compassion and performs his job with high integrity, which truly makes him stand out. I can say with certainty that the next home I choose to purchase I will immediately go to Davin with no hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home.
